Monk59: The Critical Need Factor
It’s a fact of life that if something is essential then someone is likely to take it away with them at the time when it’s needed most. This has happened so many times in my experiences, including Installation Engineers taking away keys or passwords, Software Installers taking essential user id information with them or someone being away on holiday with an essential backup tape in their possession. This has to be a sibling of the Critical Need Factor that typically
governs electronic devices causing them to break down in times of critical need.

Jason, have you thought about uploading your cartoons to flickr to give you more exposure?

You know Jamie, I hadn’t thought of it - but it’s a great idea.
I will give it a go today.
